Privacy and security policy
We take your privacy seriously and have crafted this policy to be both user-friendly and informative. It applies to both amazemediasolutions.com and Amaze Media Solutions LLC, and outlines how we collect and use your data. By visiting our website, you agree to our data practices as outlined in this Statement of Privacy.

Your personal information
At Amaze Media Solutions, we value your privacy and we want to assure you that we will never sell, trade, or rent your email, mailing list, or customer information to any third party. We are committed to protecting the personal information that you share with us, and we treat your information the same way we would like ours to be treated.
Card information
We use Groove Pay, Stripe and PayPal to securely process card information at checkout. These services do not share your credit or debit card information with Amaze Media Solutions, and PayPal does not share your PayPal account information with us. Card details are not stored on our servers.
How we store and use your personal information
When you contact us or purchase from us, we store your personal information — except card information, which we never hold — and use it to deliver the work, for accounting purposes, and to send you material we believe is useful.
Your personal information is stored with Groove.cm, our email marketing and automation provider, which also processes payments. We strictly adhere to Groove.cm’s anti-spam rules and only send emails we believe are useful. Every email sent through Groove.cm includes an unsubscribe link you can use to opt out of further email from Amaze Media Solutions.
Websites we link to
Amaze Media Solutions encourages you to review the privacy statements of websites you choose to link to from Amaze Media Solutions, so that you can understand how those websites collect, use and share your information. Amaze Media Solutions is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on websites outside of the Amaze Media Solutions website.
Legal notice
Amaze Media Solutions may disclose your personal information without notice only if required to do so by law, or in good faith belief that such action is necessary to (a) conform to the law or comply with legal process served on Amaze Media Solutions or the site, (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Amaze Media Solutions, or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Amaze Media Solutions or the public.
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics collects information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and interactions such as clicks and form submissions. These tags are loaded through Google Tag Manager.
We also use Enhanced Conversions (user-provided data collection), which allows us to send hashed — securely scrambled, one-way encrypted — versions of personal information you voluntarily provide to us, such as email address, phone number, name, or billing address, to Google. This helps us measure the effectiveness of our advertising and improve conversion tracking. Google processes this data in accordance with its privacy policy and does not use it to personally identify you.
We use PostHog for product analytics on this website. PostHog records which pages you visit, which buttons and links you interact with, and how far you get through tools such as the booking form. PostHog also captures session recordings — a reconstruction of your visit built from those interactions, so we can see where the site is confusing. Recordings mask the contents of input fields. We use this to improve the website, not to identify you.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by adjusting your browser settings. For more information about how Google uses data, see Google’s Privacy Policy. You can opt out of all of the above by enabling “Do Not Track” or an equivalent global privacy signal in your browser.
The use of cookies
We use cookies for a small number of reasons, and this section explains them.
Website statistics. Google Analytics and PostHog set cookies when you visit amazemediasolutions.com, collecting data such as number of pageviews, average time spent on the website, and the devices used. This helps us analyse traffic and improve the site. Google Analytics may share this information with other Google services such as Google Ads and Google Tag Manager.
Marketing. When you visit amazemediasolutions.com we add a browser cookie, which does not store any of your personal information. This cookie records the pages you visited, which helps us show you relevant ads when you visit other websites that display advertising. You would see advertising on those websites regardless of whether you visit amazemediasolutions.com, but with the use of a cookie you can now see ads more relevant to what you may be interested in.
You can request your browser to opt out from all cookies at optout.networkadvertising.org. Be warned that many websites depend on cookies to operate properly.
Children under thirteen
If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use amazemediasolutions.com, as we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen.
